Document Center Duties : 1.Practically applying the stipulation of articles in the documents and archival system, the general policies of the documents and archival system, its executive regulations , the classification and coding scheme and all the regulations and instructions - related to university documents – to be issued later on ; 2.collecting university documents, classifying, coding, indexing and tracking, storing , preserving ,and organizing their circulation in accordance with the system, regulations and public plan regulating the documents; 3. Making information and data on documents available for users from among university staff or non-university staff in accordance with the regulating instructions; 4. Working on creating human resources that are qualified to work at the center, to prepare and qualify them in a manner that ensures that they are made use of to serve the university; 5. Undertaking the administrative and technical coordination of the tasks of the Document Permanent Committee, the Appraisal Committees, the Disposal committees, the Transfer Committees and the sub-committee; 6. Documenting information related to university systems, regulations, plans, programs, projects, as well as its administrative and procedural regulations; 7. The university document center shall be the actual instrument in contacting the National Document and Archival Center, so as to carry out and implement the regulations and plans related to the documents as well as the matters concerned with the administrative transactions and their policies;
