In 1401 H, College of Education in King Faisal University was opened to be scientific reference and research center, provider of educational studies, and support education movement in the Kingdom through educationally and scientifically qualified efficiencies from teachers and female teachers.

In addition, the College graduated thousands of teachers and female teachers who occupied many positions in public education school, and they proved their efficiency and present illuminated image as evident of their scientific and education qualification, together with some College graduates undertaken leading positions in governmental and private sectors.

Based on the mission of the College toward society and invest of its scientific abundances, it provided dozens of training courses, and innovate master's degree programs in number of specializations, including education managements, applicable linguistics, Arabic language, psychological guidance and instruction, a program for higher diploma in student guidance and instruction.

Moreover, the College was and still clinging to provide development to match with growth requirements witnessed by our country, and qualitative transformations in educations means and information technology. It therefore performed number of adjustments on its structure, plans and curricula, and innovate new Departments, centers and programs. In addition to, the College is looking up to future and follow needs of educational preparation according to its experiences and expertise to contribute in human development and making life.
