In the context of future directions of King Faisal University to develop and modernize higher education, King Faisal University is through the agency of the University for Studies, Development and community service to make a quantum leap in the development of the university in general and the development of university performance in particular. On this basis established Deanship of development of university education at King Faisal University with a view to planning, coordination and follow-up development activities in various projects that address the most important themes in the process of continuous development of the completion of the institutional structure of the development process of creating organizational structures and composition of the committees that oversee the development of plans and programs and their implementation in order to achieve results concrete, where claims and Vice President for Studies, Development, and community service issue of ongoing development as an issue since the matter of development is continuous and rapid changes locally and globally.

Deanship Establishing

Decision and the date of establishment of the Deanship of Educational Development:

Was introducing a resolution to approve the establishment of the Deanship of Educational Development in its session of the Fifth Council of the University for the academic year 2007/2008 AH, held on Saturday, 19/5/2007, was ratified by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education on the resolution under the letter of His Excellency the Secretary General of the Council of Higher Education, no 1086 / a date 6/6/2007.
