Legal Administration:
The Legal Administration be entrusted with the opinion and advice to all bodies and administrations of the university about the correct application of the rules, regulations and instructions, and is directly affiliated with the university rector. The title of (legal Administration) has been to adopt within the administrative structures of the university budget from fiscal year budget in 1403/1404 Hijri, prior to that date there was an advisory body attached to the Office of the Rector for formal opinion of relations that shall be referred to him. The succession of the post of Director of the Legal Administration: Hussein bin Mohamed Hussein , Ibrahim bin Suleiman Al-Rashid, Khalid Bin Ibrahim Al Sabkha, Hassan Bin Jaber Al-Qadi, later the rector released two resolution, the first No. 271/1/17 / A and 13 / 5 / 1428 Hijri, commissioned Mr. / Hassan Bin Jaber Al-Qadi, Director of the Legal Administration of Dammam, the second No.274/1/17 / A and the date of 16/5/1428 Hijri, commissioned by Mr. / Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al Mubarak, Director of the Legal Administration of Alahsaa.
* Introduction:
The legal Administration is formed of a number of specialized consultants in the field of legal studies and regulations and that to work to complete works within the rules, regulations and instructions as well as to the suggesting of views on the limits of these rules and regulations as it also include a number of administrative staff to complete administrative ,secretarial and copying works under the Director of Legal Administration.

* Tasks and actions by the Administration:
- Study the minutes of college councils that received from the Excellency of the Rector.
- Study the minutes of different councils at the university as scientific council, the Council of Graduate Studies, the Council of Deanship of Scientific Research, the Council of the Centre for authoring, translation and publishing, and the Council of Management students fund at the university.
- Study the minutes of the various commissions received by the Administration for studying and formal opinion about what was taken from the resolutions and recommendations, for example, the Standing Committee of Academic Affairs, the Standing Committee of the scholarship and training, Standing Committee on the lecturers and teaching assistants ,language teachers and research assistants, and the Standing Committee for Planning and follow-up.
- Auditing of regulations, agreements and contracts received by the Legal Administration in terms of procedures and formulation.
- To do the work of the Secretariat of the Standing Committee to discipline students, and the preparation of minutes and the preparation of letters and executive resolutions of the Committee.
- The drafting of resolutions and circulars that the rector or vice-rector, commissioned to be prepared by the Legal Administration.
- Represent the University in the office of the Ombudsman, the judicial authorities and other stakeholders in all the other issues and questions that the university is a party in it.
- Preparation of submissions for defense in the office of Ombudsman and the judicial authorities in other proceedings against the university.
- Study of the powers delegated by university officials to their subordinates to the extent of legitimacy.
- Legitimacy auditing of the notes presented to the University Council and the Higher Education Council on request.
- Study of the different treatments received by the Legal Administration of the various parties of the university in Alahsaa, Dammam, King Fahd Academic hospital for their formal opinion.
- Participate in the committees of disciplinary investigations with employees of the university on request.
- Study of what have been attributed to the employees of the University in violation of the rules, regulations and instructions for the formal opinion on them, as well as the formal study of grievances made by them or others.
- Work on a set of legal rules and regulations of the university according to the latest undergone amendments.
- Undertake any other functions entrusted to it by the authorized person and within the field of its competence.

• Regulation that organize the affairs of the university Saudi employees including teaching staff and their subordinates.
• The consolidated regulation of scientific research at university.
• Regulation that organizes the students funds in educational institutions.
• Rules of scientific societies in Saudi universities
• Executive rules of studying and testing regulation at Saudi university.
