Stores Administration

Stores:

   Stores administration receives all classifications returned to the University and meets the need of colleges, departments and sections.


Stores management does the following tasks:

• Receiving and accomplishment the regular procedures of the insured items supplied for the university, directly for stores or at the residence of requesting party.

• Coordination with the administrative units of the university to provide the material requirements.

• Exchange material items requested by the various University parties of stores, according to systems.

• Adoption of requisitions, charge transfer cards and the return documents.

• Receiving the gifts, donations and contributions in accordance with the instructions.

• Disposal of back- cars, furniture, and so on.

• Oversight of the store and take inventory.

   Stores administration follows a group of divisions, which are Division of stores Trustees - Division of charge officers - Division of cards editor. Also followed by three stores, the stationery - and for furniture and auto parts and spares.
