Guiding procedures for faculty members, staff and administrators in faculties

 

Procedures before entering the university

  • To verify the status in the application of Tawaklna, as entry to the university will be limited to vaccinated individuals (according to the requirements of the ministries of health and education) starting from the date of 1-8-2021 AD, with the exception of groups that are not obligated to take the vaccine according to the age group or health status (according to what is issued by Ministry of Health or Public Health Authority).
  • Cooperating with security officers by presenting the application of Tawaklna and measuring the temperature at the entrances to the university and its facilities.

 

Procedures while at the university

  • Emphasis on students to abide by all precautionary measures.
  • Commitment to wearing a mask throughout the period of presence in all university facilities.
  • Wash and sanitize hands frequently
  • Avoid hands shaking
  • Avoid gatherings and keep a safe distance from others
  • Adhere to the instructions of the floor posters indicating the amount of safe distance to be left between people in all the university facilities.

 

University exit procedures

  • Do not remove the mask until reaching an area where it is allowed to remove the mask safely.
  • Avoid rushing and crowding when leaving the university buildings.
  • Adhere to the entry and exit instructions shown in the colleges and university facilities.
  • Avoid gatherings in parking lots.
  • Avoid smoking in any area of the university campus.

 

What to do in case of suspicion or contact with an infected person

  • You should not come to the university in case of suspicion or contact with an infected person until the examination and verification of the integrity of the results is carried out.
  • Sending a message by e-mail to the committee/coordinator of the implementation of precautionary measures in the college and your department chairman to report the suspicion or contact along with the date of the PCR test.
  • The committee/coordinator of the implementation of precautionary measures in the college will do what is necessary to address the administrative effects resulting from non-attendance.

 

What to do in case of infection with the Corona virus

  • You should not come to the university if it is confirmed that you are infected with the Corona virus.
  • Reporting the infection by sending an email to the committee/coordinator of precautionary measures at the college and your department chairman.
  • The committee/coordinator of the implementation of precautionary measures in the college will do what is necessary to address the administrative effects resulting from non-attendance.

 

What to do in case of feeling symptoms of the Corona virus while in the college or one of the other buildings, such as: (Libraries / Deanship of Student Affairs, Deanship of Admission and Registration)

  • Commit to wearing a mask all the time
  • Leaving the college or administrative building while making sure to keep a safe distance from others at all times
  • Communicate with the college's precautionary measures implementation committee/coordinator and your department chairman by e-mail and report the symptoms.
  • Adhere to the instructions directed by the committee / coordinator of the application of precautionary measures in the college, such as: (booking an appointment for the PCR test).
  • Not to come to the university until confirmation is obtained from the committee / coordinator of the application of precautionary measures in the college.
