• Rewards are disbursed to all Saudi students and non-Saudi students with a Saudi mother who are enrolled in undergraduate programs, provided they are not employed. The rewards are deposited into their bank accounts. The reward amounts are SAR 1000 for students in scientific disciplines and SAR 850 for students in theoretical disciplines.
• The reward is disbursed during the regular duration of the program as determined by the approved academic plan from the University Council. The regular duration starts from the semester in which the student is admitted to the university, including semesters of apology and transfer, but excluding postponed semesters.
• The student must enter their banking details through the Banner system.
• One of the conditions for entering banking details is that the bank account must be active and in the student's name.
• If a student delays entering their banking details or if there is a delay in the disbursement of the reward, they should contact the concerned department.
• If the cumulative GPA drops and the student receives an academic warning, they will no longer be eligible for the reward, and it will not be compensated.
• Students can view their rewards on their accounts in the Banner system.
• No rewards are disbursed to students who postpone their semester, but compensation will be provided for that period.
• Rewards are stopped for students who apologize for the semester, and no compensation will be provided for that period.
• Rewards are not disbursed to students who discontinue their studies.
• A deduction of SAR 10 is made from the reward monthly for the Student Fund, and it will not be refunded after graduation.
• An reward is disbursed for students with special needs in coordination with the Comprehensive Rehabilitation, and students must contact the Rewards Department for this.
• No reward is disbursed to a student of King Faisal University who has obtained approval from the Deanship to study as a visiting student at another university until their results are received and recorded in the Banner system.

King Faisal University, represented by the Deanship of Admission and Registration, is committed to disbursing student rewards on their scheduled dates.

• The student can view the reward transactions on their account in the Banner system by clicking on the "Rewards" link. They can review their reward record and its financial amounts. By clicking on the "Details" link, the financial details will be displayed.
• Important, the bank details of the accepted students (new students) must be entered no later than one month, to avoid the withdrawal of rewards by the Ministry of Finance.

• The excellence reward is limited to bachelor's degree students who are Saudi nationals, students with Saudi mothers, and students on external scholarships.
• An excellence reward of 1000 Riyals is granted to students who have a semester GPA of 4.5 or above for two consecutive semesters within one year.

• Male students: Deanship of Admission and Registration in the university campus, Building No. (1), Supportive Deanships.
• Female students: Deanship of Admission and Registration, Building No. (37).

• The student should contact the Deanship if they are eligible for the reward and it has not been deposited into their account in the Banner system.
