The Deanship of Admissions and Registration congratulates the graduating students of the first semester of the academic year 1446 AH. It is pleased to announce the plan for the distribution of graduation documents for this semester's graduates. The process of distributing graduation documents will commence for students whose names have been received from their respective colleges and who have completed the graduation procedures outlined below.

Submit an electronic clearance request (Graduate) and ensure that final approval is obtained from all relevant departments for the clearance.

Confirm that the graduation certificates for the student's college have been printed. This can be checked through the schedule provided below or via the Deanship of Admissions and Registration (X) account (@KFU_REG). The schedule will be updated automatically as certificates are completed for each college.
