    Click the link: https://gate.kfu.edu.sa/ar/Mobile and enter the required information, such as your Academic Number or Username, ID Number, and the verification code sent to your previous mobile number.
  3. How can I update my mobile number in the university systems if I cannot access the verification code sent to my previous mobile number?
    Use the National Single Sign-On (Nafath) platform to update your mobile number in the university systems.
  4. I am trying to change my password, but I don’t receive the verification code on my mobile number. What should I do?
    Ensure your mobile number is correct in the system and the promotional message reception feature is activated on your mobile device. Additionally, verify that you have entered the correct mobile number registered in the system.
