Vice President’s Message
Dr. Mohanna Abdullah Al-Dulami
Praise be to Allah, who taught by the pen and taught humankind what they did not know. May peace and blessings be upon the noble Prophet Mohammad bin Abdullah, his family, and all his Companions.
The Vice Presidency for Academic Affairs is one of the key pillars through which the University advances its vision and mission, centered on providing future-oriented education, research that drives development and transformation, and community partnerships that foster mutual enrichment and sustainable business development. The Vice Presidency has received special support and attention from His Excellency the University President, may Allah protect him, who has emphasized the commitment of our wise leadership, may Allah protect them, to supporting and advancing the academic process, enhancing its outcomes, and keeping pace with developments at both the local and international levels.
The Vice Presidency’s responsibilities are centered on three main pillars: students, faculty members, and academic programs. It provides scientific and academic oversight of the University colleges under its supervision and takes the necessary measures to ensure effective performance. This includes supporting students, providing them with an appropriate learning environment, and meeting all their academic needs. The Vice Presidency also oversees matters related to faculty members, including all procedures for contracting with non-Saudi faculty members and those of similar status, to maximize benefit, ensure the success of the educational process, and achieve distinguished outcomes.
To this end, the Vice Presidency is committed to enhancing academic performance across the Vice Presidency, its colleges, and supporting deanships through the continuous review of study plans and academic programs in line with development plans, labor market needs, and Saudi Vision 2030. It also seeks to meet the requirements of the Evaluation and Academic Accreditation Commission, achieve the highest academic standards, enhance services provided to all beneficiaries, and promote excellence in teaching and learning.
