King Faisal University regards co-creation and ideation as an important means of engaging beneficiaries in improving digital and university services and developing solutions that are more closely aligned with their actual needs and future aspirations. This approach reflects the University’s commitment to beneficiary-centricity, knowledge partnership, and enhancing the quality of the university experience through the systematic collection of feedback and the transformation of viable ideas into opportunities for development and improvement.
The University enables beneficiaries to submit ideas and development proposals related to its services and initiatives, participate in identifying the challenges they may encounter when using those services, and propose practical solutions that help streamline procedures, improve operational efficiency, enhance digital channels, and increase satisfaction with the services provided.
Beneficiaries may also participate in co-creation and ideation initiatives through the national Tafaul Platform, one of the approved channels for e-participation and for publishing consultations and co-creation initiatives related to public policies, strategies, and initiatives. This helps strengthen the role of the beneficiary voice in service development and the improvement of the digital experience.
