The Central Laboratories Administration is concerned with the research laboratories, devices, and laboratory equipment. It trains the technicians, supervises them, and gets benefits from their capabilities. This administration follows His Excellency, the Vice-president for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research

The Center for Documents and Administrative Communication deals with and keeps the important documents and archives of the university. It is the channel with which the university works and puts all its papers in including internal and external transactions

Date Palm Research Center of Excellence was established at King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa in 1403H., corresponding to 1983, based on the recommendation of the first international symposium on palm, which was held in the university in the same year. At the end of the year 1428H., corresponding to 2007, the Ministry of Higher Education approved the name of the Date Palm Research Center of Excellence at King Faisal University and financially supported it

The Water Studies Center was established based on the approval of the President of the University No. 1664 / AD on 09/07/1402H., and on the recommendation of the Scientific Council in its eleventh session, held on 22/5/1402H. The most important tasks of the center are to provide studies, research, consultations, and training programs in all fields of water and related sciences that meet the needs of the country and the neighboring countries

The University Center for Communication and Media, the administrative and professional center, was established by the decision of the University President No. 38/2 / 710 dated 11/19/1436 H. The center aims to provide global, integrated, and high-quality solutions in the media and communication that meet the mission of the university. The center creates a distinguished service atmosphere with an integrated network of experiences, knowledge, and distinguished competencies from the students, faculty members, professionals, and communication and media experts

The Translation, Authorship, and Publication Center is a specialized scientific, technical, administrative body responsible for supervising the written and translated scientific works, by compiling them and sending them to the concerned authorities for judgment and approval (the Scientific Council)

The decision of His Excellency, the President of the university No. 38/2/428 dated 11/24/1442H was issued to form a program concerned with promoting the public health of the university’s employees, which includes tracking the promoting physical, psychological, social, and financial health. The program aims to produce and develop health promotion to keep the university employees having an ideal healthy life that enables them to participate positively in achieving the vision and mission of the university, achieving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and enhancing the capabilities of the Kingdom at all levels

The Camel Research Center is a unique scientific center in the Kingdom and the Arab world. Since its establishment in 1402H, the center has undertaken the importance of camels, as they are a national wealth that the country seeks to preserve and develop due to its place in the hearts of the people and to its connection to kingdom history

The National Research Center for Giftedness and Creativity was established by the approval of the generous royal family to be a national advisory research institution at King Faisal University to meet the aspirations of society in this field. It aims to make the care of giftedness and creativity a societal culture and educational practice when preparing young people to take their leadership positions in building the society and making its civilization

The Science and Technology Unit supports the research capacity development at the university, which keeps pace with the strategic guidance in the fields of science and technology, set by the National Comprehensive Plan for Science, Technology, and Innovation

The center was established on 10/8/1427H to play a prominent role in research, studies, and practical consultations in the areas of exploitation, management, and development of living aquatic resources, whether from natural fisheries or through fish farming

The center is unique in the Kingdom and is mainly concerned with research on non-traditional birds (hunting and ornamental) and poultry in public health and the environment. It is also concerned with epidemiology, preventive and curative medicine for birds

It is a semi-annual refereed scientific journal supervised by the University Scientific Council. The journal also publishes special issues and indices if needed. The first volume was published in 1420H (2000). The Scientific Journal is issued in two specialized editions: the Humanities and Administrative Sciences and the Basic and Applied Sciences

The Conference and Seminar Unit has been established based on the directives of the University High Administration. The main objective is to achieve excellence in education and scientific research through participation in conferences and scientific events inside and outside the university in an honorable and organized manner. Meanwhile, the unit aims at reducing the burden on all sectors of the university concerning the organization of conferences and scientific events. The Conference and Seminar Unit was established to implement these tasks and other related ones

The Training and Research Station at King Faisal University was established by royal decree No. 30/m/3388, dated 27/2/1397H. The station was constructed on an area of six hundred hectares (6 square kilometers), and located around 15 kilometers far away from the main university headquarters on the road leading to countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council in the Al-Dulaijiya area in Al-Ahsa Governorate

The Scientific Chairs Unit was established to achieve the objectives of the university related to the adoption of the distinguished academic activities and support the mechanisms and procedures for performing these activities achieve

The Saudi Association for Islamic Culture was established on 7/8/1428H based on the approval of the King Faisal University Council in its sixth session for the academic year 1427/1428H and based on the Higher Education Council Decision No. 10-15-1420H

TThe Saudi Veterinary Medical Association was established based on the decision of the King Faisal University Council in its third session for the academic year 1421/1422H., held on 2/21/1422H. The first board of directors of the association was elected in 1426/2005 after the Foundation Board had spent three years in the initial preparation of the association

The center evaluates all aspects of the learning and teaching process to direct the colleges at the university to develop the teaching and learning process and develop skills based on the results and scientific studies presented to them. The ultimate goal is to achieve the objectives and strategy of the university and the characteristics and philosophy of education

The Intellectual Awareness Unit was established in the academic year 1436/1437H, and the first building blocks of its work were started under the directives of His Excellency the President of the University, which had a great impact on encouragement, evaluation, and guidance. The unit seeks to deliver its programs to all university students (including scholarship students), faculty members, and other university employees

The English Language Center is one of the effective pillars of the Deanship of the Preparatory Year. The center is responsible for designing and teaching English language courses, as well as supervising them in the various colleges of the university, except for the College of Medicine, the College of Clinical Pharmacy, and the College of Computer Science and Information Technology. The center teaches university students the English language subjects that are prescribed as requirements in the colleges of the university

For keeping pace with the development and the making excellence at King Faisal University, the focus in developing the innovation system and business development to support its functions in education, scientific research, and community partnership. As a result, the university established the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, which aims to spread the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among members of society, welcome innovative and entrepreneurial ideas, and help society develops those ideas
