Programming Club
The Programming Club is a prestigious club associated with the College of Computer Science and Information Technology (CCSIT) at King Faisal University. Its primary objective is to foster the growth and development of programming knowledge among students within the CCSIT community.
Vision and Mission
Vision: enhance and expand the knowledge of various programming languages among computer students and individuals passionate about programming.
Mission: Providing support to students, enriching their expertise and improving their skills in areas that align with their specializations.
Objectives: Stimulating self-learning, Developing programming skills, Encouraging creative thinking and talent showcase, Fostering teamwork spirit.
Target Programs
1. Organizing informative courses and workshops that focus on programming and its evolving trends.
2. Participating in both internal and external activities and conferences that revolve around programming.
3. Organizing and overseeing the programming competition.
Membership Requirements
1. King Faisal University student. The associate member must have completed two or more courses in any programming language.
2. Active participation in activities, courses and workshops organized by the club.
3. Attendance at periodic meetings of the club.
Information Technology Club
The Information Technology Club is a prestigious club associated with the College of Computer Science and Information Technology (CCSIT) at King Faisal University. It was established in 2007.This club organizes many lectures, programs and training courses related to information technology
Vision and Mission
Vision: Equipping students with exceptional abilities and skills, empowering them to excel in their roles within the realms of computer science and information technology, and guiding them towards self-success and professional excellence
Mission: Enhance the scientific and practical competence of college students, enabling them to achieve their academic goals and overcome challenges by developing their skills and providing practical opportunities to solve technical problems.
Objectives: Organizing training courses, Organizing curriculum-supporting workshops, Arranging visits to international exhibitions, Hosting competitions and exhibitions.
Target Programs
1. Organizing courses and workshops on programming and its developments.
2. Participating in both internal and external programming-related activities and conferences.
3. Organizing and supervising of programming competitions.
Membership Requirements
1. King Faisal University student.
2. Regular attendance at club meetings.
3. Active participation in activity preparation
