The 2nd Local Programming Contest

The college of Computer Science and Information Technology, King Faisal University, organized the first Local Programming Contest LPC’08 among its undergraduate students on Wednesday 17/4/1429. The success of the LPC’08 motivates the college to organize the second Local Programming Contests LPC’09 among its undergraduate students. The local contest will be a team contest. The contest pits teams of three with one computer against a host of problems in a limited time-frame. Typically, 6 or more problems are posed with five to six hours to solve as many as you can. These problems can generally be solved by careful analysis and application of algorithms taught in undergraduate computer science.
