About the office

The Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for overseeing and organizing the academic matters of the college’s students. This includes coordinating course schedules and registration, managing deferment, withdrawal, and transfer processes, and reviewing students’ academic records. The office also provides support for academically struggling students, updates the student handbook and academic plans, assigns students to departments, nominates outstanding students for excellence awards, and reviews academic complaints and petitions in coordination with the College Dean’s Office.
