Objectives:
1- Student to know the concept of public administration, business management, and educational administration.
2- Student to view the various theories of modern management.
3- Student to know the administrative functions: planning, organization, direction, and control.
4- Student to understand some of the selected theories in public administration, business administration and applying them in public educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Content
This course tackles introducing the student to the historical development of management concepts and schools of the administrative thought and patrons with a focus on processes and basic administrative functions: planning, organization, direction and control and decision-making, implementation and application of these functions and processes in the institutions of public education in the Kingdom.
