    Synopsis The Faculty Development Committee serves as a planning and research arm of the office of the Dean and the faculty of the college with respect to matters pertaining to faculty development in teaching, research and service.
    The Faculty Development Committee shall function as the principal agent of the college to strengthened teaching, scholarship, and services. The FDC shall establish and administer programs that will assist faculty to enhance their skills that geared towards commitment for CAMS in ways that fulfill the mission of the college.
