Dr. Sahar holds a bachelor degree in pharmaceutical sciences (BSc Pharm) from Faculty
of pharmacy, Alexandria University, 2006. Dr. Sahar pursued her post graduate studies,
she holds a Diploma of hospital and clinical pharmacy from the Faculty of pharmacy,
Alexandria University, 2009. She also holds a postgraduate (Pharm.D) degree, Faculty of
pharmacy, Alexandria University, 2011. She is also a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy
Specialist (BCPS).
Dr. Sahar started her
p
rofessional
experience in 2006 as a teaching assistant in
Pharmacognosy department, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Alexandria. In 2007 she
started her career in hospital pharmacy, where she was employed as a hospital pharmacist
in Sharq Al Madina hospital (Egyptian ministry of health); a specialized medical center
located in Alexandria, Egypt. In 2011 she worked as CCU clinical pharmacist till late
2014 when she joined COCP as a clinical lecturer and a CCU and cardiology preceptor.
