Preparing and reviewing the final examination schedule for the semester
Academic studies and alternative tests in coordination with the scientific departments
Distribution of halls and examinations in the final exam schedule and arrangement of halls according to the number of students in the course in coordination with the scientific departments
Receiving answer sheets and signatures from observers, and delivering them to the course professor.
Follow up on the progress of final exams, follow up on the attendance of exam invigilators, and provide an alternative in emergency cases.
