Deanship of Student Affairs

 

Introduction to the Deanship:


Student Affairs, a hub for talents and young energies, is one of the supporting deanships under the University Agency for Studies, Development, and Community Service. It serves as the primary service center for university students, providing them with various activities, programs, and student services to contribute to creating an attractive and supportive university environment for academic achievement. The Dean's Office prepares the necessary support for students, offering comfort and enhancing their university experience.

The Student Affairs Deanship provides a wide range of cultural, artistic, social, health, and sports activities in alignment with the university's vision, mission, and the goals of Vision 2030 in the Kingdom. It focuses on activities and student programs related to 21st-century skills in various fields to shape students' integrated and balanced personalities. This is achieved by attracting students, refining their skills, empowering them, and instilling positive social habits within the framework of Islamic Sharia, values of belonging, and citizenship.

Vision

Participation of university colleges and departments in implementing the university's goals and the comprehensive development goals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by providing distinguished student services and activities.
Commitment to providing student activities that contribute to creating an integrated educational environment for academic achievement, training, development of dialogue skills, learning methods, excellence, creativity, participation in decision-making, teamwork, community service, and engagement in various cultural, social, sports, and artistic activities, as well as providing housing and food services.

Mission

Contribution to creating an educational environment that contributes to shaping a balanced personality for students, preserving their identity, national belonging, and adherence to the teachings of Islamic religion.

Objectives:

Contribution to refining students' talents and developing their capabilities for outstanding academic achievement and effective practical training.
Getting students accustomed to teamwork and participating in planning, executing, and monitoring various student activities, housing, and food services.
Promotion of a culture of dialogue, learning, competition, and creativity.
Participation in supporting outstanding students, those with special needs, and community service.
