In its commitment to adhere to the regulations set forth by the National Cybersecurity Authority and to develop and maintain its cybersecurity capabilities, the university aims to enhance its systems to protect electronic systems, digital services, and beneficiary data from internal and external cyber threats. To support this initiative, a decision was made on 11/5/1444 H by the esteemed President of the University to restructure the Cybersecurity Unit within the Deanship of Information Technology into the Administration of Cybersecurity. This new administration will be directly linked to the President of the University, ensuring a strong focus on cybersecurity governance.
