The Inventory Control Unit is a supervisory unit established in accordance with Article Twenty-Three (23) of the Government Warehouse Procedures Rules, issued by the Ministry of Finance.
I am pleased to welcome you to the Inventory Control Unit website at King Faisal University, and I hope that you will find there all the services and information you are looking for.
The role of the Inventory Control Unit is the process of applying government warehouse rules and procedures to all university warehouses, disbursement operations, and securing items that are carried out in accordance with an objective and strategic plan that enables it to determine the minimum and maximum limits for those items and the demand limit for the items in the warehouses to ensure the availability of those items in the event of a need for them according to Standards that are compatible with regulations and laws to achieve the university’s goals, which ensure business continuity, and also take care of the commitment of employees and departments.
And we coincide with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. The unit is working hard under the directives of His Excellency the President of the University, may God protect him, and under the supervision of His Excellency the University Vice President, to develop all services and systems to facilitate procedures, activate the speed of adopting decisions, and establish permanent control over university property to reduce waste and rationalize consumption to achieve the university’s vision and strategy regarding comprehensive quality management. Which enhances our role in achieving leadership at the administrative level.
