Welcome to King Faisal University (KFU) in Al-Ahsa Oasis, the City of Knowledge and Science. Through this digital portal—our gateway to the world—we take pride in our history of growth and excellence spanning over fifty years. Since our foundation in 1395 AH (1975 G) until this day, and under the gracious patronage and unlimited support of our wise Leadership— may Allah protect them—the University has consistently reinforced its leading role in the global higher education landscape, contributing effectively to the Kingdom's comprehensive national development.

KFU takes great pride in its alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and the transformative development led by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz—may Allah protect them. It has mobilized all its resources to maximize its educational, research, and investment capacities, ensuring an active presence in the national development roadmap across all levels.

Guided by its institutional identity and strategic plan, KFU has strived to harmonize with the requirements of sustainable development and the labor market. Amidst the shifts towards a Knowledge Economy and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, it has moved toward building a distinguished model for 21st-century higher education, serving as a primary catalyst for development and enriching local content.
