The Center periodically reviews faculty research, graduate and research center outputs, student graduation projects and graduate thesis messages to identify promising ideas that can be incorporated into the University's business incubator, which are hoped to be transformed into commercial products and emerging companies. The center cooperates with its partners from within and outside the university to organize summer camps and specialized competitions in the priority areas of the university to generate ideas that offer promising and innovative solutions, and to enter them in the event in case their owners desire a business incubator.

The center works hard to identify industry needs and plans to increase local content. The center also seeks to hold a conference every three years and establish a scientific journal through which it seeks to achieve many goals and the most important of which is generating ideas related to food security.
