Message from the Director of the Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences Program
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the “Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences Program"- the first of its kind launched by the College of Clinical Pharmacy at King Faisal University. This program represents a distinguished academic milestone aimed at preparing highly qualified professionals capable of keeping pace with the rapid advancements in applied pharmaceutical research. The launch of this program is the result of a collaborative effort involving a select group of faculty members and staff, supported by meticulous planning from the college and program administration. It reflects the College's commitment to delivering high-quality, advanced education aligned with international academic standards.
The program focuses on providing students with a strong scientific foundation and advanced research skills through an interactive learning environment and modern curricula that integrate theory with practical application. It also includes intensive training to enable students to design and conduct high-quality research projects, preparing them to contribute effectively to drug development, the pharmaceutical industry, or to pursue further doctoral studies.
Our program is distinguished by the diversity of its research fields, which include pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis techniques, drug formulation, and natural products - all under the supervision of a team of specialized researchers.
