A glimpse of the deanship
On 2/21/1430 AH, His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education approved the establishment of the Deanship of the Preparatory Year on the campus of King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa. Since its establishment, the Deanship has sought to rely on effective learning and training, by providing modern technical means, taking care of the student’s personality mentally, psychologically and physically, striving to meet all his requirements, striving to integrate him into the atmosphere of learning and teamwork in the university community, and inventing wonderful, creative means. In order to achieve the desired objectives of the program.
The importance of the preparatory year lies in that it establishes the university’s journey towards excellence and quality. It also improves performance, raises the academic level of students, focuses on practical applications, and bridges the knowledge and skills gap between school and university.
