Vice-presidency for Joint Services

​

Objectives
The Vice Rectorate seeks to achieve a number of strategic goals that will contribute to achieving the vision and mission of the university in accordance with its values ​​and principles. These goals are summarized as follows:

Raising the level of financial, security, and service efficiency at the university, adapting to developments, and keeping pace with national trends.
Developing a solid infrastructure for the administrative and financial system.
Raising and improving the level and efficiency of administrative services by developing electronic transactions.
Applying quality standards to raise the efficiency of administrative work in the agency’s departments and working to continue developing its work.
Qualifying university programs that fall within the agency’s tasks to achieve comprehensive quality standards and academic accreditation requirements.
Establishing a transparent regulatory framework for the university’s financial resources.
Rationalizing expenditures and developing policies and controls that would increase the efficiency of expenditures, follow up, manage and audit them, and achieve financial balance at the university.
Supporting the development of the university’s internal revenues.
Developing sustainable cooperation in the field of projects, security and safety with relevant authorities in the Kingdom, and achieving the best value for partners.
Enhance safety security performance.
Achieving excellence in operational processes.
Creating an organizational climate that stimulates creativity and participation.
Creating a positive work environment that encourages performance and enhances the aspect of belonging to the university.
Contribute to providing an appropriate educational environment by providing all requirements that fall within the agency’s jurisdiction.
Contributing to the university assuming a distinguished international position in the field of education, research and development.
Providing an attractive residential environment for faculty members and raising the quality of service provided to them.
