Executive Committee of the Coordinating Committee for International Candidates and Creative Exchange
The committee is responsible for the following tasks:
-Proposing the general policy for international cooperation and knowledge exchange at the university and following up on its implementation.
-Preparing an operational plan for international cooperation and knowledge exchange at the university.
-Follow up on procedures for concluding agreements with international scientific bodies and institutions.
-Supervising the follow-up of international research projects to ensure international quality standards in the field of joint research.
-Studying international research project proposals submitted by university faculty members to the Department of International Cooperation and Knowledge Exchange, and recommending them in preparation for sending them for scientific arbitration.
-Follow up on the arbitration recommendations of international research project proposals and their periodic and final reports received from the Deanship of Scientific Research, and take the necessary measures regarding them.
-Follow up on service contracts and agreements concluded between the university and international universities and scientific institutions.
-Follow up on the preparation of periodic reports on international research budgets supported by the international cooperation allocation, and clarify all aspects of disbursement for each project, whether for project budget items within the university or external parties, in coordination with the relevant authorities at the university.
-Reviewing memorandums of understanding, agreements, and service contracts with universities and international scientific institutions.
-Reviewing requests from university entities to attract visiting professors of scholars, researchers and distinguished people to participate in university programs and taking the necessary action regarding them.
-Reviewing the publications and publications of the Department of International Cooperation and Knowledge Exchange in coordination with the relevant authorities and taking the necessary measures regarding them.
-Studying topics referred to it related to the work of international cooperation affairs, knowledge exchange, and international research projects at the university.
-Follow up on the recommendations of the work of the Permanent Committee for International Cooperation and Knowledge Exchange and provide the committee with the necessary reports.
-Recommending the formation of work teams when necessary to conduct the committee’s work.
-Recommending referring what needs to be referred to the Permanent Committee for International Cooperation and Knowledge Exchange to take the necessary action.
-Contacting relevant authorities inside and outside the university to facilitate the tasks assigned to them.

The “Executive Sub-Committee of the Permanent Committee for International Cooperation and Knowledge Exchange” is formed, headed by His Excellency Professor Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Hazzab - General Supervisor of the Department of International Cooperation and Knowledge Exchange - and the membership of:
