About Deanship:

The deanship of admission and registration is responsible of following the student’s study since entering the university until graduation, and its tasks are as follows:

·         The admission of the students to the university, organizing their academic files and following them, providing academic guidance and direction, monitoring the examination assessments, announcing the results to the students and following the graduation requirements in the concerned college.

·         Supervising the transfer of students from a college to another within the university or between the university and other universities.

·         Organizing the student’s files and keeping them.

·         Receiving scholarships applications from non Saudi students from inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or from abroad, and directing the accepted students to the colleges according to the university’s rules and regulations.

·         Coordinating to equalize the scholarships students’ certificates and others according to the requirements of the departments of the university.

·         Suggesting the university calendar.

·         Issuing pamphlets and booklets to introduce the new students to the departments of the university.

·         Following the students study progress and recording all the information about them.

·         Monitoring the students’ results from their own files and providing the students with the results.

·         Translating the documents and certificates and authenticating them for the scholarships students at the graduation.

·         Cooperating and coordinating with the colleges of the university and the deanship of the students’ affairs to find the integrating to achieve the required services for the student.

·         Exchanging experiences and opinions with the deanships in the other universities in the field of admission and others to achieve what is beneficial for the higher education in the Kingdom.
