In the month of Dhul-Hijjah in the year 1431 AH, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God have mercy on him - issued Royal Order No. (1431/62/18) to establish a center for legal studies and consultations. To make the most of the distinguished scientific cadres that King Faisal University abounds with, and to invest expertise and technical and administrative resources to serve the community and the labor market by providing various legal services.
