The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is committed to the integration of community service, teaching and research functions. The goals of the obstetrics and Gynecology Department is to provide -within the college vision and mission- lineup of excellence in the following areas:
- Medical Education: by the provision of educational programs to medical students.
- Research: by the development of new knowledge in the basic and clinical sciences, health policy and health care education.
- Community Service: by sharing the college’s expertise and knowledge with the associated establishment, other healthcare stakeholders, alumni and other colleagues, and general public.
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology aspires to be a leader in the advancement of female health care through the training and provision of highly-skilled physicians and researchers.
