Within its preparations to receive new students, the College of Medicine organized the annual festival on 28/8/2012 to meet new students under the patronage of His Excellency the  Dean of the College, Dr. Waleed AlbuAli in the presence of Their Excellences Dr. Abdul-Rahman Sultan Vice Dean for Academic Affairs;  Dr. Abdul- Rahman Al-Molhem Vice Dean for Clinical Affairs; Dr. Fahd Al-Wadani Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Interns Affaires.; and, Dr. Nouriya Muhaidib Vice Dean for Female Student Affairs.

Dr. Waleed AlbuAli congratulates the students of their new academic year, blessed them joining King Faisal University, and expressed his happiness and pride of their elite of nationals. He provided briefings about the college's vision, mission and objectives;  future aspirations and current plans. And, emphasized that students should acquaint new curriculum milestones that are crucial to the development of medical skills gained in order to ease thier communications in the health fields without obstacles and increase openness to the world.Also, indicated that "acquiring local, regional and international medical sciences and knowledge" become now a day a requirement, not a luxury issue.

At the end of the meeting Dr. AlbuAli wished a successful academic year for the new students and hopped to them all the best  in university live. And, he replied the student questions and concerns.
