Requirements of the study:

System and the requirements of the study - Terms of enrollment at girls Faculty

It includes the following:

Certificate or equivalent She-student should be holder of General Secondary School Certificate.

That satisfies the conditions stated at the presentation, especially what is connected to general percentage or entire total or special percentage.

Come forward to join in the specified period for submission to and advertised.

Pass a test and interview conducted by colleges and departments that require it.

That you fill out all application forms fully and accurately with the submission of all documents and paperwork in order. , Documents are:

1. Origin of General Secondary Education Statement.

2.  Certificate of good conduct and behavior.

3. Copy of Civil Status Card of guardian, showing the original for matching.  

To be medically fit under the formal medical check found free of infectious diseases.     

School attendance (attendance and absenteeism and dropout and deprivation)

Admitted regular student at girl's faculty should be committed to attend all lectures of study disciplines in each semester. In the case of absence of more than 25% of the total lectures in each course without an acceptable excuse, she will be considered absent and denied entry to the ultimate test in the discipline or the disciplines by which she was absent. She is considered unsuccessful.

Postpone the study

May request accepted by the College Board to postpone the student's study in college. And in some cases such as illness or accompanying spouse or similar use for a period of not more than three consequent academic years, so that the total periods of delay do not exceed the duration of the study altogether for five years and has the right on her return to be enrolled in the same class when she was out of the study unless the study plan was changed.  The request should be submitted to college a month in advance before the start of final exams in the beginning of each year of the delay years proving the continuation of the excuse for which it was allowed to delay.

Conversion

Allows the student transfer from college to another, both from within the women's colleges or outside of recognized universities and colleges, she is also allowed to switch from one major to another, according to the following conditions:

 1. To be transferred if the student had spent at least an academic year at the college transferred from (otherwise, she will be considered as new one) to be seen the equation of what she has formerly studied and succeeded of disciplines in her previous faculty.

2. Apply to the student wishing to transfer admission requirements stated for the newcomers in the academic year she joined the college or department referred to it and not have been dismissed from universities or other schools for disciplinary reasons. In case of being dismissed  by the depletion chances of enrollment or for study reasons she will not be accepted by similar Faculty to her previous faculty, but she can be accepted as a new student in dissimilar  Faculty provided she pass the personal interview for colleges of Pedagogy and College of Social Work..

3. Receiving requests for conversion in certain periods of the academic year, which is one month before the start of the semester.  For the conversion from similar colleges and departments can be done throughout the school year provided that the girl student should present a proof of her attendance rate (75%) at least, of the number of hours scheduled in its original faculty at the time of conversion..

4. Student wishing to transfer to a girls college have to submit conversion request to the students affairs Office of the college transferred to the

And bring with her:

 A statement of her study condition attested by the entirety including the class she was registered in.

 A copy of her academic record, indicating the disciplines she passed with success or failed and the grades obtained in each subject or appreciation in case of colleges that

Do not give grades.

 A certified copy of General Secondary School statement. Also attached to the statement:

Description of courses studied by the student authenticated by her faculty or the    faculty guidebook, which shows the total content of courses the student transferred from outside the girl colleges and to end the conversion procedures.

5. If the conversion is to change the Division of specialization and the student remains for repetition, should be enlisted by her same study condition,  her failure and absence years and  should be counted among the opportunities available for her.

6. All the disciplines, that the student has already studied in the college or department converted from it should be fixed in her study record, but not including from it in the  account of student general appreciation upon graduation, but only those are considered by  college or department referred to it within the requirements of graduation.

All the students enrolled in colleges for girls are subject to disciplinary system which is provided by the regulations.  And shall be considered each breach of the university rules and regulations and traditions a violation requires discipline in particular:

1. Activity in breach of morality or religion or anti-state policy.

2. Action breaching faculty system or subordinate establishments ,its own facilities, facilities of internal housing of the girl students or  the institution inside which the field application is fulfilled  and abuse or intentional destruction of devices and materials, books, tools and similar us..

3. Abstinence-behind to attend the lectures and so on, or inciting riots, chaos or abuse the college system and its scientific atmosphere.

4.  Act that affects the honor and dignity, or violation of good conduct and behavior within or outside the college. In these criteria is included scientific theft. Breach of.

5.  Fraud in examination or start to do it.

6.  Breach of the exams system and calmness ought to be for it.

7.  Organizing societies inside the faculty or the internal lodging of girl students without previous permission of Administration or participating in it.

8.  Insult intended to any member of the teaching or administrative staff or services device or women colleagues in the faculty.

9. Engage in matters that are inconsistent with public order in the Kingdom and the issuance of bulletins or its distribution or collection of funds or signatures without obtaining prior approval from management.

Disciplinary sanctions include the following:

1. Alert notice or in writing

2. Alarm

3. Deprivation of 3 or more attends lectures for a semester or more.

4. Canceling student exam in a discipline or more.

5. Denial of entry test in discipline or more for a semester or more or for them both.

 6.  Deprivation of the enjoyment of some special features for girl student or all.

7.  Dismissal of the college for a semester or more.

8. Ultimate dismissal of the women's colleges.
