Questionnaires
The college uses a number of questionnaires to measure some of the performance indicators for program accreditation in a qualitative and indirect way by surveying the opinions of beneficiaries (students, faculty members, employees, employers) of the college’s four programs. Some of these questionnaires were prepared by the University's Measurement and Evaluation Center, and others were prepared by the College's Vice Deanship for Studies, Development, and Community Service.

The survey process includes the following questionnaires:
1- Course Evaluation Questionnaire: This questionnaire is filled out every semester by students for each course about two weeks before the final exams. The department’s Quality Committee is responsible for statistical analysis and coming up with results and recommendations for use in the relevant reports.
2- Program Evaluation Questionnaire: This questionnaire is filled out at the end of each semester by students about to graduate (seventh or eighth level students) as well as graduates. The department’s Quality Committee is responsible for statistical analysis and coming up with results and recommendations to be used in the relevant reports.
3- Student Experience Questionnaire: This questionnaire is filled out at the end of each semester by students who have completed half of the program (more than 65 hours). The department’s Quality Committee is responsible for statistical analysis and coming up with results and recommendations to be used in the relevant reports.
4- Faculty member questionnaire: The questionnaire is filled out once a year by faculty members, and the college development and quality assurance committee is responsible for collecting data, statistical analysis of the questionnaires, and delivering its results and recommendations to the departmental quality coordinators.
5- Employers’ Questionnaire: This questionnaire is filled out once a year by representatives of employers related to the fields of employment for program graduates. The Employers’ Committee is responsible for communication and personal interviews with employers, collecting data, analyzing it statistically, and submitting its results to the Development and Quality Assurance Committee, along with recommendations.
6- Alumni Questionnaire: This questionnaire is filled out once a year by graduates of the program, and the Alumni Committee is responsible for communicating with graduates, collecting data, analyzing it statistically, and delivering the results to the Development and Quality Assurance Committee, along with recommendations.
7- Questionnaire for struggling students (late graduates): This questionnaire is filled out once a year by students who are late to plan to study for the program for more than 6 years. The Academic Advising Committee collects data and delivers the results to quality coordinators, who in turn analyze it statistically, along with recommendations.
8- Employee Questionnaire: This questionnaire is filled out once a year by the college’s employees, including administrators and technicians. The Development and Quality Assurance Committee is responsible for collecting data, statistical analysis of the questionnaires, and submitting its results and recommendations to the College Council.
