Tasks of the College Vice Deanship for Academic Affairs at the College of Law
Based on the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2030), the college seeks to improve the quality of education and qualify the staff.
Education, motivating giving, improving the educational and research environment, and linking education to the labor market. The college also places among its priorities providing male and female students with the necessary knowledge and skills that the labor market needs. Accordingly, the college’s Vice Deanship for Academic Affairs, through its committees and units, plays a pivotal role based on comprehensive supervision. Overseeing the progress of the educational process for students at the university stage, working to resolve and overcome the obstacles they face, implementing approved policies and programs in the areas of student affairs, submitting reports on their work to the relevant authorities, and supervising in particular the following:
Implementing the executive regulations and rules for the studies and tests regulations
For the undergraduate level
Preparing academic schedules for students in academic departments, in coordination with the Schedules Committee
And the Deanship of Admission and Registration
Supervising the progress of...
Final exams, in coordination with the academic departments and the Deanship of Admission and Registration
Implementing admission and transfer controls to and from the college
Considering requests for postponement and apology from studying
Preparing lists of the deprived and lists of graduates
Supervising the college’s preparation day activities in coordination with the scientific departments and relevant committees
Guiding and advising students and resolving their issues related to academic achievement by following up on academic guidance matters
Supervising the work of the College Council Secretariat.
