tasks of the Committee

• Coordinating the work of academic affairs for bachelor’s degree students, which includes: coordinating the college’s academic schedule, registering courses, dropping, adding, postponing, and interrupting, closing and returning enrollment, deprivation, coordinating the examination schedule, following up on the delivery of results and receiving new students, reviewing the records of students expected to graduate, and considering the excuses that students provide for this. Their absence from study, in accordance with the university’s rules and regulations.
• Coordinating with the Deanship of Admission and Registration in everything related to academic affairs for first-year students
BSC.
• Preparing the student guide and updating it periodically, provided that it contains the study plans for the college’s programs in brief, and the college’s internal regulations, if any, along with materials related to the study regulations and exams for the university stage.
• Develop a mechanism for distributing college students to different departments and implement it after the College Council approves it.
•Develop a mechanism to help support struggling students and submit recommendations regarding it to the College Council
• Establishing a clear and announced mechanism for how to receive student complaints, and implementing it after the approval of the college dean. •A proposal to stimulate excellence and creativity in students’ performance, and to nominate distinguished students for excellence awards at the college, university, and community levels.
• Study the transactions referred by the college dean to the committee, express an opinion about them, and make recommendations necessary regarding it.
