Speech by the Head of the Public Law Department

In the name of God, the wife, and prayers and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet.

We welcome you to the Department of Public Law, one of the two pillars of the King Faisal College of Law.

The professional Department of Public Law provides science mixed with practice, rich in understanding of the laws by which states and societies represented in public international law, statutory law, and other public laws relate. The department also aims to expand students’ new concepts through some of the amendments that society knows about states, such as the law, so that they can:

The environmental law, zakat and tax, and others. The link between these laws is an identity that adds the section, its principles, and its objectives. The Department of Public Law is endowed with a diverse faculty who are skilled in the sciences and details.

The goal of diversity is to enrich the academic path and legal research based on critical thinking and scientific analysis of legal concepts and practices. The department is proud of a group of legal professors who hold a number of administrative positions and are publishers of a number of books and scientific research, in addition to their community contributions in the legal fields and their sciences.

One of the goals of the Department of Public Law and its development plans is to provide students with the necessary tools to understand and interpret legal systems, and to develop capabilities in scientific research and legal analysis. The focus of science is effective practice and benefit to societies. The message of law is one of the loftiest messages and has the most powerful effects, and without a doubt, all representatives of the department and college will serve as evidence
