The Department of Nutrition is one of the departments supervised by the Deanship of Student Affairs, where this administration tasks assigned to it according to the following:
Oversee the procedures necessary to start the execution of the catering contract.
Supervision on securing food and other materials and supplementary storage.
Overseeing the preparation and cooking and meal serving.
Supervision and follow-up of the health aspects.
Supervision and follow-up of maintenance operations.
Supervision of the university cafeterias.
Overseeing the financial aspects.
Reply to all administrative transactions pertaining to nutrition with the work of a special archive management.
Follow-up the means of safety in restaurants and cafeterias.
