Procedures for calculating the criteria and differential elements for promotion
Controls and preconditions for the initiatives offered to employees for the purpose of promotion are as follows:
-1- The approval of membership was recorded before it was applied by the Supreme Circuit Courts in the university’s senior administration, and recorded in the employee registry at the Deanship of Faculty Affairs.
-2- Submitting a record of the application of the claim in the initial lawsuit in the field of advocacy.
-3- Conclusively prove the results obtained from implementing the initiative in one of the following employees:
(a) Achieving positive financial income for university resources.
(b) Raising the efficiency of the establishment administratively and organizationally.
-4- An invitation from among the creative players must not be an official player in
Employer.
