The graduates' office at the university has been divided into three main departments, which are
First: The Department of graduates Relations
1. Public Relations Group
• Invite graduates to participate in various activities of the University.
• participating in the celebrations and exhibitions concerning with graduation and the graduates.
• Organization of visits, evenings, and trips to college and (or) University graduates if approved by authorized person.
• organize periodical meeting of the graduates of colleges and (or) University.
• organizing a day of annual graduates in the second semester (including an open day of employment).
2. Set of issues and publications
• Coordination with the Department of graduates at the Deanship of Admission and Registration, on the preparation of university graduates guide.
• Preparation of a guide points, which the recruitment of university graduates.
• Preparation of publications on the available post opportunities for graduates, as well as publishing it at the university publications.
• The preparation of statistics (Miscellaneous) for university graduates. The allocation of billboards for the graduates' office is distributed on the university buildings to observe posts advertisements in different competences.
Second: Department of Rehabilitation Career:
1. Qualifying courses group
• Coordination for the organization of seminars, workshops and training courses provided by university graduates.
• Coordination of training courses in the skill of writing biography of students expected to be graduated.
• Coordination for organizing training courses in interview skills, for students expected to be graduated.
• Coordination of training courses in the ways of research methods for appropriate opportunities.
2. Career Counseling group
• Advice and guidance of graduates and students expected to be graduated in the search for job opportunities and employment as possible.

• Coordination with the Information Center at the University to develop mechanisms of the graduates' office through the exploitation of available information technologies.
• Coordinating the action of information system of the office and the establishment of a database of graduates of the university.
2. Community service group
• To assist graduates in finding fields and to continue their higher studies through guidance and counseling.
• Dissemination of advertising concerning with the completion of graduate studies in various universities and to provide explanations and information.
• Have a benefit from the graduates and their experience with participating in the formulation of their views on the plans and programs of study.
• Coordination with the faculties of the university councils about the benefit from graduates views to study a particular case.
• Finding the type of psychological and financial support to the University's programs and activities through graduates and institutions to which they belong.
