Tasks of the Operational Review and Performance Unit:
- Identify and prioritize areas that involve risks in operations (Procurement, Investment, Inventory, Information Technology) in coordination with the Risk Management Department.
- Examining work procedures for all units and ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Reviewing the operational performance of administrative units and ensuring that they carry out work in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations.
- Ensure that the authority system is implemented
- Examining the physical and technical protection policy and procedures for accessing, controlling or updating information systems.
- Verifying the adequacy and effectiveness of all control procedures related to operational operations.
