Overall goal
Providing distinguished office services and support services to the University Vice President for Development and Community Partnership.
mission
1-Preparing plans and policies for the University Vice Presidency for Development and Community Partnership and following up on their implementation after their approval.
2-Supervising the preparation of plans and programs of the deanships and administrative units associated with the agency and following up on their implementation after their approval.
3-Proposing regulations and instructions related to development and community partnership and following up on their implementation after their approval.
4-Supervising the deanships and administrative units associated with the agency.
5-Coordinating between the deanships and administrative units associated with the agency to ensure integration between them and maximum benefit from the capabilities available to them.
6-Coordinating with the university’s agencies, colleges, and all administrative units associated with them in everything related to the implementation of activities related to developing the university’s performance related to its basic functions and its administrative performance, as well as achieving the required quality standards.
7-Coordination with university agencies, colleges, and all administrative units associated with them in everything related to developing the skills of faculty members and improving their level of readiness to perform their basic functions.
8-Communicate and coordinate with the Education and Training Evaluation Commission and the National Center for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation in everything related to development, quality and academic accreditation.
9-Communicating with local and international specialized bodies and institutions to benefit from their experiences in development and quality at the university.
10-Strengthening the digital infrastructure at the university and continuing to support electronic transactions and upgrade their levels.
11-Supervising and ensuring the university’s needs for knowledge resources are available.
12-Supervising the development of plans and programs for student activities and services.
13-Supervising the dissemination and promotion of the culture of social partnership in the university community in particular and the local community in general.
14-Supervising university theses in training and educational programs, free or in return, for all segments of society.
15-Enhancing the level and quality of university-community partnerships and achieving mutual enrichment purposes.
16-Representing the university in conferences, seminars, and local, regional, and international committees related to academic development and quality.
17-Determine the agency’s needs for human resources, equipment, and materials and follow up on their provision.
18-Identifying the training needs of agency employees and coordinating with the relevant organizational units to meet those needs.
19-Preparing periodic reports on the agency’s activities, achievements, and development proposals and submitting them to the university director.
