the agency
The basic seed of the University Vice Presidency dates back to the year
1422 AH, when the university’s senior management decided, as a result of the
great expansion and development witnessed by the university, to establish an
office to supervise the university’s administrative and financial affairs in
order to advance the university’s administrative and financial work and push
it to keep pace with the expansion that occurred at the university. The
office carried out its work by supervising the university’s affairs.

spending priorities through the Standing Committee for Financial Affairs,
developing a vision and preparing the university’s general budget,
coordinating and communicating with the Ministry of Finance regarding the
university’s financial needs, supervising projects, maintenance and public
services at the university, and Everything related to document management and
administrative communications, administrative supervision of the transportation
services sector, and administrative supervision of faculty housing.
The Vice Presidency also supervises the work and activities of the
departments, centers and related units and provides guidance to ensure the
advancement of their work, work to provide their needs and follow up their
