*Objectives :
Providing support in preparing, evaluating and implementing strategic and operational plans.
*mission :
Participate in preparing, publishing and following up on the implementation of the university’s strategic plan.
Follow up on the work teams concerned with preparing the strategic plan and provide the necessary support to complete the work.
Publish the strategic plan after its approval and explain it to those concerned in all administrative units.
Review and evaluate performance indicators and target values related to the university’s strategic plan
And follow up on the extent of their achievement.
Providing support and assistance to the various administrative units at the university in preparing their operational plans.
Participate in building capabilities in the field of planning and spreading the culture of strategic planning within the university.
