This Department is specialized in the field of medical and surgical knowledge of diseases and injuries of the female reproductive system, in the field of knowledge of pregnancy, natural childbirth, and instrumental and surgical interventions for childbirth.
It is concerned with training students on how to deal with patients on the basis and methods of medical and laboratory examinations, surgical interventions, stages of pregnancy and childbirth. The department is interested in linking its field of knowledge with basic knowledge.
