To be a leading and distinguished center globally in research and programs of giftedness and creativity, achieving the highest quality standards in developing the capacities of gifted and creative individuals.

Mission
To provide high-quality research, consultancy, training, and academic services in the field of education for gifted and creative individuals; to offer scientific and moral support for research projects through a highly competent team, sound scientific methodologies, and partnerships and collaboration with the world’s leading specialized centers in giftedness and creativity.

Objectives

• Enrich scientific research in universities and other scientific institutions in the field of education for gifted and creative individuals.

• Develop academic programs in the education and teaching of the gifted.

• Develop systems and regulations for nurturing the talents of gifted and creative students in higher education institutions.

• Establish quality assurance and accreditation systems for programs of education for the gifted in educational institutions.

• Promote a culture of giftedness to integrate creative thinking skills into school and university curricula in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.​
