Our departments
The Documentation and Administrative Communications Center is divided into:
First, the Documents and Archives Center:

1- Department of Documentary Studies and Research.
2- Document Acquisition Section.
3- Documents organization department.
4- Central Conservation Department.
5- Document Maintenance and Restoration Department.
6- Deportation and Destruction Department.
7- Beneficiary Services Department.
8- Electronic support department.

Secondly, Administrative Communications Department:
1- General Incoming Department.
2- General export department.
3- Internal mail department.
4- Department of Pictorial Cataloging.
5- Incoming and outgoing sections for female students’ sections.
6- The incoming and outgoing department at the university campus in the female sections.
