Assigning ELC staff members to prepare unified final exams for courses taught by different ELC instructors.
- Assigning invigilators from existing ELC staff members to follow up on the process of conducting final examinations.

Coordinating with other examination committees in different colleges to provide the final exam schedule for ELC courses examinees.
- Providing examination committees in other colleges with the total numbers of students in all sections..
- Dealing with all the emerging issues concerning examinations.
