About The Department: |

Education Management Department aims at qualifying students administratively and educationally and working on the development of managerial skills of educational principals, assistant principals and supervisors through the programs of graduate studies and pedagogic courses offered by the department, Providing counseling required in the field of educational administration as well as following-up developments of the educational administrative in Saudi Arabia. The Department is supportive, it does not provide a bachelor's degree but Masters's Program |
Objectives of the Education Management Department
The objectives of the Education Management Department are derived from the objectives of the university in general, especially from the objectives of the Faculty of Education and they are as follows:
1- Contributing to qualify students administratively and educationally.
2- Development of managerial skills of educational staff in educational management of principals, assistant principals, and educational supervisors.
3- Contributing to raise the efficiency of workers in educational administration through graduate courses and training seminars held by the department.
4- Providing required counseling in the field of educational management.
5- Preparation of specialists in educational management to meet the needs of society.
6- Following the developments in the educational administration in Saudi Arabia.
7- Participating in the study of the educational managerial problems and managing to remedy them.
