The purpose of the Steering Committee for Strategic Planning is to develop, on behalf of and in consultation/collaboration with all the faculty members, students’ and administration representatives, a four year (2012-2015) strategic plan for the college. The committee will review in depth, the Vision, Mission and plan of the University, College Self Study Report, and will revise vision and mission of the college according to new needs, will define the gaps and deficiencies towards fulfillment of the mission, will identify the strategic goals and objectives, and will put forth the action plan for achievement of each objective, with a clear time line and responsibility. The committee will seek guidance from University Committee for strategic Planning, external consultants and will work in close collaboration with QAU of the college, throughout the process.
